How do I reset my password?
Click on 'Forgotten password' on the login page. Enter your email, and you’ll receive a link to reset your password.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Mobicred, and Instant EFT via Peach Payments.
How do I apply a discount code to my order?
Enter your discount code at checkout in the 'Discount' field, and click 'Apply' to see the updated total.
Can I pay using Mobicred or Instant EFT?
Yes, you can select Mobicred or Instant EFT as payment options at checkout and follow the prompts to complete your order.
Which courier services do you use for deliveries?
We use The Courier Guy and Fastway Couriers for all deliveries within South Africa.
What are your delivery timelines within South Africa?
Orders are delivered within 4 to 7 business days after you receive your order confirmation email.
Are there extra charges for high-risk areas or heavy parcels?
Yes, additional fees may apply for high-risk areas or parcels over 15kg. We will notify you via email before shipment if applicable.
How can I track my order?
Within 48 hours of shipment, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your order.
What should I do if my order is delayed or cannot be shipped?
We will contact you via email if an item cannot be shipped. For delays, please reach out to us at sales@indluafrika.co.za.
What happens if I miss the delivery attempt?
We make two delivery attempts. If both are missed, additional charges may apply, or we may refund the order minus delivery and admin fees.
How do I inspect my order upon delivery for any damages or defects?
Check your order immediately. If items are damaged or defective, contact us right away at sales@indluafrika.co.za with photos.
How can I request a return or refund?
Email sales@indluafrika.co.za within 7 days of receiving your item. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
What is your return policy and timeframe?
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused, with proof of purchase and in original packaging.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
We do not accept returns for customised products, sale items, or gift cards.
How do I exchange an item for a different one?
Return the original item for a refund and make a separate purchase for the new item.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approving the return. Funds are credited to your original payment method.
